Website Terms of Use
Draft prepared for review by counsel — 2026-10-06. This is a first draft produced for attorney review and is not legal advice. It has not been adopted by Varrock Inc. Every point that needs a business or legal decision is marked [DECISION: …] or [COUNSEL: …] and collected in section 22.
These Terms govern the website at oasisgui.com (documentation, live demo and download area) and the software downloads offered there. Installing or running the software is also governed by the End User License Agreement. See also the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Statement, the Acceptable Use Policy and the Third-Party Notices.
1. Who we are and what these Terms cover#
1.1 The Site and the Software are provided by Varrock Inc., a Delaware (USA) general corporation, Delaware file number 10482601 ("Varrock", "we", "us"). Varrock's registered agent is LegalInc Corporate Services Inc., 131 Continental Drive, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA. [DECISION: company mailing address]
1.2 These Terms cover (a) your use of oasisgui.com, including /docs/, /demo/ and /downloads/; (b) your download of the Software; and (c) your communication with us.
1.3 These Terms do not cover (a) use of the Software once installed, which the End User License Agreement governs; (b) any separately signed business license, support or data processing agreement, which prevails over these Terms; or (c) third-party services the Software connects to (section 11).
2. Definitions#
- "Site" means the website at oasisgui.com and every page under that domain.
- "Software" means the OasisGUI desktop application for macOS, Linux and Windows as published on the Site, the Oasis Mobile companion app, and the helper programs the desktop application bundles or installs (the
oasis-runnerfleet runner, theoasisnetmesh daemon and the virtual-machine helpers), in object-code form, with any update we publish, excluding Third-Party Components (section 10). This is the same meaning the End User License Agreement gives the term. - "OasisNet" means the Software's WireGuard-based mesh networking; its coordinators and relays are hosted by you, not by Varrock.
- "Content" means the text, images, documentation and demo data on the Site. "Third-Party Components" means software owned by others that is distributed with the Software or used by the Site, as listed in the Third-Party Notices.
- "Consumer" means an individual acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession; "Business User" means anyone else, including a person acting for an organisation. "Protected Consumer" means a Consumer habitually resident in a Member State of the European Union or the European Economic Area, or in the United Kingdom. [COUNSEL: whether Swiss consumers (Swiss CO / UWG) should be added to this definition or given a separate clause]
3. Acceptance#
3.1 By using the Site or downloading the Software you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or download the Software. [DECISION: place a conspicuous notice at every download link and on the /downloads/ index: "By downloading you agree to the Terms of Use and the End User License Agreement" — the Site carries no such notice today] [COUNSEL: enforceability of these Terms as a browsewrap for the free download]
3.2 If you act for an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind it, and "you" includes it.
3.3 The Software itself is subject to the End User License Agreement. [DECISION: where the EULA is presented and accepted — at the download link, in the installer, or on first run; no acceptance step exists today] [COUNSEL: whether a conspicuous notice at the download button ("By downloading you agree to the Terms and the EULA") is sufficient assent for the free download]
4. Eligibility#
4.1 You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if higher, to download the Software. [COUNSEL: age floor]
4.2 You may not use the Site or download the Software if you are in a country or territory under a comprehensive United States embargo or on a US, EU or UK sanctions list (section 17).
5. The free offering#
5.1 The Software is free of charge for Personal Use and requires an Enterprise Licence Agreement for Business Use, as the End User License Agreement section 3 provides. The Site has no checkout, and the Software contains no billing, trial, seat-count or feature-entitlement mechanism; the business-use requirement is contractual.
5.2 The Site has no user accounts. You do not register or sign in for anything on it, and we hold no account record about you (section 12).
5.3 The Site refers companies and teams to sales@oasisgui.com for an Enterprise Licence Agreement. Any such agreement is a separate written agreement; nothing on the Site is an offer you can accept by using it, and no price is stated on the Site.
5.4 We may change, suspend or discontinue the Site, the demo or any version of the Software at any time. Installed copies are unaffected, but updates may end.
6. Downloads and the Software#
6.1 What you download. The download area serves installers for macOS (Apple Silicon), Linux (AppImage and .deb) and Windows (x64) and a latest.json manifest naming the current version. The Software installs some bundled helpers onto other machines you administer (the runner is pushed over SSH to the Linux and Apple-silicon macOS hosts you add; Windows PCs receive no runner); you are responsible for having the right to install software there.
6.2 Signatures. The macOS build is Developer ID-signed and Apple-notarised. The Linux and Windows builds carry a minisign signature that the in-app updater verifies; the Windows installer is not Authenticode-signed, so SmartScreen may warn. The only official download origin is oasisgui.com.
6.3 Downloads are provided as-is. Subject to section 15, installers and manifests come without warranty of any kind: we do not promise that a version stays available, is free of defects, or works on your hardware or operating-system version.
6.4 Updates. The Software checks https://oasisgui.com/downloads/latest.json at start-up and periodically afterwards; the periodic check can be switched off, and Nix-managed installs skip it. The check carries no account, machine or usage identifier (the Privacy Policy states exactly what it contains). An update is never installed silently: the Software downloads it only after you choose to update, verifies its signature and restarts. Apart from (a) any statutory right a Protected Consumer has under section 15 and (b) security updates that product-safety or cybersecurity law requires us to supply for the Software's support period (including Regulation (EU) 2024/2847, the Cyber Resilience Act, once it applies), we have no duty to provide updates. [DECISION: security-update support period — Cyber Resilience Act Art. 13(8) and Annex II user information, from 11 December 2027]
6.5 Mobile companion app. The Oasis Mobile companion app for iOS, which the Site mentions, is not on the App Store; if we provide it through Apple's TestFlight, Apple's terms also apply. [DECISION: iOS app distribution]
7. The live demo and documentation#
7.1 The /demo/ page runs the Software's user interface in your browser, without its native backend, against a fictitious sample fleet. It connects to no machine of yours. Beyond the ordinary page view that loading the demo sends to our web server (section 12.2 and the Privacy Policy), nothing you do inside it reaches Varrock or any third party.
7.2 The documentation under /docs/ describes the Software at the stated version and may differ from the version you download. It is information, not a specification, warranty or promise of future features. We promise no support, response times or bug fixes unless a separate written agreement says so.
8. Acceptable use#
8.1 You must use the Site and the Software lawfully and in accordance with the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8.2 In particular you must not (a) attempt unauthorised access to the Site, the download origin or any system you do not control; (b) interfere with the Site or the update manifest, for example by bulk automated requests; (c) remove or alter any copyright, license or signature notice in a download; (d) redistribute modified installers under our name; or (e) use the Software to access, monitor or attack machines or networks without their owner's authority.
9. Intellectual property#
9.1 Ownership. The Software and the Content are owned by Varrock or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Apart from the Third-Party Components (section 10), all rights not expressly granted here or in the End User License Agreement are reserved.
9.2 Site licence. You may view the Site, download and print Content for your own reference, and quote and link to the documentation with attribution. You may not reproduce the Site or the Content for a competing product or present the Site as your own.
9.3 Trademarks. "OasisGUI", "OasisNet" and the Oasis logo are trademarks of Varrock. [DECISION: trademark list and ™ use] Other names on the Site — WireGuard, Claude, Codex, Kimi, Grok, Cloud Hypervisor, Firecracker, Chromium, Apple, Linux, Windows and others — are their owners' marks, used only to identify those products; no endorsement or affiliation is claimed. [COUNSEL: WireGuard name use]
9.4 Feedback. Suggestions, bug reports and other feedback you send us may be used by Varrock under a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence without obligation to you. This does not cover personal data (see the Privacy Policy) or security vulnerability reports. [DECISION: vulnerability disclosure policy]
10. Third-party components#
10.1 Each Third-Party Component is licensed under its own terms, reproduced or linked in the Third-Party Notices, which govern that component in place of these Terms and the EULA to the extent of any conflict.
10.2 Some Third-Party Components are licensed under terms that give you rights beyond these Terms — for example, the right to obtain corresponding source code for components under the GNU LGPL or GPL and to modify and re-link an LGPL library. Nothing in these Terms restricts those rights. [COUNSEL: LGPL/GPL compliance route]
10.3 The Windows mesh daemon uses a prebuilt WireGuard driver supplied by WireGuard LLC under its own binary licence (no reverse engineering, limited redistribution), which ships with the Software.
10.4 Components your machine fetches from their publishers when you enable a feature (Chromium, Ubuntu or Alpine images, container images, AI coding agents) are not distributed by Varrock and are subject to their publishers' terms.
11. Third-party services the Software connects to#
11.1 Apart from the update check (section 6.4), the Software contacts Varrock-operated infrastructure only (a) if you enable mobile push notifications, whose default gateway (push.oasis.cooking) is operated by Varrock — that gateway is not in service at version 2.0.0, and the feature does not deliver notifications until it is [DECISION: push gateway — keep, self-host-only or remove]; and (b) when you build the NixOS "inference" virtual-machine template, which downloads the OasisNet daemon from a Varrock-operated download host (start.oasis.cooking) during the image build [DECISION: keep this fetch, move it to oasisgui.com, or bundle the binary].
11.2 Several features connect, from your machine, to services operated by others. One runs by default: when the Software shows mesh peers (for example in the mesh views, a device's detail or server statistics), it sends the public endpoint address of each peer to a third-party IP-geolocation service (api.country.is) to draw a country flag; there is currently no switch to turn this off. [DECISION: add an off switch, remove the flag lookup, or accept and disclose it] The others run only on your instruction or with credentials you supply — AI providers you hold accounts with, the ElevenLabs voice service, public-IP reachability checks, image mirrors and object storage you configure for backups. They all run under their operators' own terms; Varrock receives none of that traffic and is not responsible for those services. The Privacy Policy lists them and states which are on by default.
11.3 AI features. The Software can run and supervise third-party AI coding agents and send prompts to third-party model providers using credentials you supply. Their output may be wrong and is not reviewed by Varrock; review it before relying on it or letting it act on your machines.
12. No accounts; privacy#
12.1 The Site sets no cookies. The home page and documentation store one localStorage value in your browser to remember your colour theme; the embedded live demo (section 7.1), being the Software's own interface, stores a small number of additional interface-state values on the same origin. None of them is sent to Varrock. The Cookie Statement lists them and governs if it and this sentence differ. The Site loads no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. [DECISION: web fonts]
12.2 The Software has no accounts, no telemetry, no analytics and no crash reporting. Its only default contact with Varrock-operated infrastructure is the update check against oasisgui.com, and the only third-party request it makes without a setting you chose is the country-flag lookup in section 11.2; everything else runs on machines you control or with the third parties listed in section 11.2 and the Privacy Policy. Web-server access logs for oasisgui.com may exist; the Privacy Policy says what is logged and for how long.
12.3 Email to sales@oasisgui.com is handled as the Privacy Policy describes. Writing to us does not by itself make you a party to these Terms.
13. Disclaimers#
13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, and subject to section 15 for Consumers, the Site, the Content, the demo, the downloads and the Software are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement or accuracy.
13.2 In particular, we do not warrant that the Software is suitable for production systems, that OasisNet provides any particular level of security or anonymity, that virtual-machine isolation is complete, or that AI-agent output is correct. As the Site states, the Software has no SSO, no SIEM export, no MDM packages and no compliance attestations.
13.3 You are responsible for backups, for the security of the machines, keys and credentials you manage with the Software, and for compliance with the laws that apply to the systems you administer.
13.4 Other jurisdictions. Some jurisdictions, including some US states, do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or the limitation of incidental or consequential damages. Where that applies to you, the exclusions and limitations in sections 13 and 14 apply only to the extent that law permits, and you may have additional rights. [COUNSEL: US state consumer statutes, including New Jersey TCCWNA (N.J.S.A. 56:12-16), which requires a statement of which provisions are void in New Jersey]
14. Limitation of liability#
14.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, and subject to section 15 for Consumers, Varrock and its officers, directors, employees, contractors and licensors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data or use, arising out of the Site, the Content, the downloads or the Software, under any theory of liability, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
14.2 Cap. Subject to section 15, Varrock's total aggregate liability in connection with the Site, the downloads and the Software, under these Terms and the EULA together, will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid Varrock for the Software in the twelve months before the claim arose (zero for the free download) and (b) [DECISION: liability-cap floor — one figure; the same amount must appear in EULA §13.2, which currently says USD 50 where this draft said USD 100].
14.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for wilful misconduct, or for gross negligence where the law does not permit its exclusion.
14.4 Sections 13 and 14 are an essential basis of offering the Software free of charge for Personal Use and of making it available for evaluation.
15. Protected Consumers (EU, EEA and UK)#
15.1 Mandatory rights preserved. If you are a Protected Consumer, nothing in these Terms affects any right or remedy that the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of habitual residence gives you and that cannot be waived by agreement. Where a provision conflicts with such a right, the right prevails.
15.2 Statutory warranty. Where the law of your country of residence gives you a statutory right to digital content that conforms to the contract, including under the national rules implementing Directive (EU) 2019/770, that right applies in place of sections 6.3 and 13.1, including any right to have a non-conformity remedied or to terminate. [COUNSEL: Directive 2019/770 applicability]
15.3 Liability. For Protected Consumers, sections 14.1 and 14.2 do not apply to (a) death or personal injury; (b) damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence; (c) liability under the national laws implementing Directive 85/374/EEC and, once it applies, Directive (EU) 2024/2853 on product liability; (d) fraud; (e) any guarantee we have expressly given in writing; or (f) breach of an obligation whose performance is essential to the contract and on which you may rely, where our liability is limited to the damage that was foreseeable and typical for this kind of contract when it was made. [COUNSEL: essential-obligation formula]
15.4 Unfair terms. Any term that would be regarded as unfair under the national laws implementing Directive 93/13/EEC is not binding on a Protected Consumer; the rest of these Terms continue to apply.
15.5 Section 16 does not apply to Consumers; see section 18.3 for forum and law.
16. Indemnity (Business Users)#
16.1 If you are a Business User, you will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Varrock and its officers, directors, employees, contractors and licensors from any claim, loss, liability, cost and expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy or the EULA; (b) your use of the Software to access or manage machines, networks, data or third-party services, including claims by a person whose machine or data you accessed; (c) actions taken by AI agents you ran; or (d) your violation of any law or third party's rights.
16.2 We will notify you promptly of any claim and let you control the defence and settlement, provided no settlement admits fault for us or binds us without our consent.
17. Export controls and sanctions#
17.1 The Software contains encryption and is subject to United States export control laws, including the Export Administration Regulations, and may be subject to other jurisdictions' export and sanctions laws. You will not download, export, re-export or transfer the Software in violation of those laws, including to a country under a comprehensive US embargo, to a person on a US, EU or UK restricted-party list, or for a prohibited end use.
17.2 You represent that you are not such a person and are not in such a country. [DECISION: geo-blocking] [COUNSEL: export classification]
18. Governing law and venue#
18.1 Governing law. Subject to section 18.3, these Terms, and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual ones) arising out of or in connection with them, the Site or the downloads, are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
18.2 Venue for Business Users. If you are a Business User, the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, and each party submits to their personal jurisdiction and waives any objection to venue there. [COUNSEL: arbitration and waivers]
18.3 Protected Consumers. If you are a Protected Consumer, section 18.1 does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you habitually reside, and section 18.2 does not apply to you: you may sue in the courts of that country or in Delaware, and you may be sued only in the courts of that country (Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012, Articles 17–19, and the equivalent UK rules). For Protected Consumers the law that governs non-contractual claims (for example in tort or product liability) is determined by Regulation (EC) No 864/2007 (Rome II) and the equivalent UK rules, not by section 18.1, and the Delaware choice of law applies to the contract only to the extent Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 (Rome I), Article 6(2), allows. [COUNSEL: directing activities to the EU] [COUNSEL: Rome II Art. 14 — consumer non-contractual claims]
18.4 Dispute resolution. Varrock is neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. [DECISION: whether to offer alternative dispute resolution voluntarily] [COUNSEL: Directive 2013/11/EU Art. 13 and VSBG §36 wording now that the EU ODR platform (Regulation (EU) No 524/2013) has been repealed]
19. Changes to these Terms#
19.1 We may change these Terms for valid reasons, for example to reflect changes in law, in the Site or the Software, or in our business, or to correct errors or improve clarity. The current version is always published here with its date. Material changes will be announced on the Site at least 30 days before they take effect. [DECISION: change announcements]
19.2 Changes apply to use of the Site and to downloads after the effective date. They do not retroactively change the terms under which you downloaded an earlier version or reduce a Protected Consumer's rights under section 15. If you do not agree to a change, stop using the Site; copies of the Software you hold remain subject to the EULA version that accompanied them. For a Protected Consumer, a change that would reduce your rights applies only if you accept it; you may reject it by ceasing to use the Site, and copies of the Software you already hold remain under the terms that accompanied them.
20. General#
20.1 Entire agreement. These Terms and the documents they incorporate (the Acceptable Use Policy, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Statement, the Third-Party Notices and, for the Software, the EULA) are the entire agreement about the Site and the downloads. A separately signed agreement prevails to the extent of a conflict.
20.2 Severability; no waiver. An invalid provision is enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the rest remains in effect. Not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it.
20.3 Assignment. You may not assign these Terms. Varrock may assign them to a successor or affiliate, provided this does not reduce your rights under them; we will announce any assignment on the Site.
20.4 Language. These Terms are written in English; translations are for convenience and the English version prevails to the extent permitted by law. [COUNSEL: local-language requirements]
21. Contact#
21.1 Questions about these Terms: [DECISION: contact mailbox]
21.2 Legal notices to Varrock may be sent to the registered agent named in section 1.1. [COUNSEL: notice address]
21.3 Varrock Inc. is a Delaware corporation and is not established in the European Union. [COUNSEL: EU representative]
22. Open decisions#
- Title and file [DECISION: canonical filename and URL — this file is terms-of-service.md and is now titled "Website Terms of Use"; seven sibling links (eula.md, acceptable-use-policy.md, cookie-statement.md and others) point to terms-of-use.md, while privacy-policy.md and export-control-and-sanctions.md call it "Terms of Service"; rename one side and update every link, keeping an alias so existing links resolve]
- 1.1 [DECISION: company mailing address] — only the registered agent's is known.
- 2 [COUNSEL: whether Swiss consumers (Swiss CO / UWG) should be added to this definition or given a separate clause] — the defined term is now "Protected Consumer" (EU, EEA and UK); the EULA §15.1 uses the plain phrase without a label and should be conformed.
- 3.1 [DECISION: place a conspicuous notice at every download link and on the /downloads/ index] — the working-tree site carries no terms notice at any download action. [COUNSEL: enforceability of these Terms as a browsewrap for the free download] — Specht v. Netscape; Nguyen v. Barnes & Noble.
- 3.3 [DECISION: where the EULA is presented and accepted] — download link, installer or first run; no acceptance step exists today. [COUNSEL: whether a conspicuous notice at the download button is sufficient assent].
- 4.1 [COUNSEL: age floor] — 18, 16 or 13.
- 5.3 (Resolved 2026-10-07: Business Use requires an Enterprise Licence Agreement, EULA §3.2; the agreement's own terms remain a [DECISION] in the EULA.)
- 6.4 [DECISION: security-update support period] — Cyber Resilience Act Art. 13(8) and Annex II user information, from 11 December 2027; Art. 14 reporting from 11 September 2026. The duty applies to business and consumer users alike, so section 6.4 no longer ties it to section 15.
- 6.5 [DECISION: iOS app distribution] — public, and on what terms? The Mobile App is now inside the "Software" definition, matching the EULA.
- 9.3 [DECISION: trademark list and ™ use] — no registration known; include "Oasis Mobile"? [COUNSEL: WireGuard name use] — WireGuard LLC prebuilt-binaries license §3(e).
- 9.4 [DECISION: vulnerability disclosure policy] — none exists.
- 10.2 [COUNSEL: LGPL/GPL compliance route] —
oasisnetstatically links LGPL-2.1wireguard-control; bundledcrunis GPL-2.0; the SPICE client is LGPL-3.0. No written source offer exists. - 11.1 [DECISION: push gateway — keep, self-host-only or remove] —
push.oasis.cookingis the compiled-in default; no APNs key is provisioned at 2.0.0, so the feature delivers nothing today. [DECISION: keep this fetch, move it to oasisgui.com, or bundle the binary] — the NixOS "inference" template (nix/vm-templates/lib/mesh.nix, compiled into the app) fetchesoasisnetfromstart.oasis.cookingat image-build time; this contact is not yet in the data map or the Privacy Policy and should be added there. - 11.2 [DECISION: add an off switch, remove the flag lookup, or accept and disclose it] —
src-tauri/src/geoip.rssends every mesh peer's public endpoint IP toapi.country.iswhenever flags render; no setting exists. - 12.1 [DECISION: web fonts] — Google Fonts (committed) or system fonts (redesign)?
- 13.4 [COUNSEL: US state consumer statutes] — including New Jersey TCCWNA (N.J.S.A. 56:12-16), which requires a statement of which provisions are void in New Jersey; section 15 protects only Protected Consumers, so US consumers rely on 13.4 and 14.3.
- 14.2 [DECISION: liability-cap floor] — one figure for the combined cap; this draft said USD 100 and EULA §13.2 says USD 50. Whatever is chosen must be written into both documents.
- 15.2 [COUNSEL: Directive 2019/770 applicability] — no price and the update check serves supply only, so Art. 3(1) likely does not apply; same for Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 3(1a).
- 15.3 [COUNSEL: essential-obligation formula] — limb (f) follows the German "Kardinalpflichten" formula (BGB §§ 307, 309 No. 7).
- 17.2 [DECISION: geo-blocking] — at the download/update origin; no accounts means no name screening. [COUNSEL: export classification] — 5D002 / 5D992.c, ENC §740.17(b)(1); OasisNet's relay and exit-node functions.
- 18.2 [COUNSEL: arbitration and waivers] — arbitration, jury-trial or class-action waiver for US users; none included.
- 18.3 [COUNSEL: directing activities to the EU] — Brussels I bis Art. 17(1)(c); the Site is English-only. [COUNSEL: Rome II Art. 14 — consumer non-contractual claims] — a pre-dispute choice of law for non-contractual obligations is only available where all parties act commercially (Art. 14(1)(b)); 18.3 now says so and the EULA §15.4 (Rome I only) should be conformed.
- 18.4 [DECISION: whether to offer alternative dispute resolution voluntarily] — the statement now matches EULA §15.5. [COUNSEL: Directive 2013/11/EU Art. 13 and VSBG §36 wording now that the EU ODR platform has been repealed] — Regulation (EU) 2024/3228 repealed Regulation (EU) No 524/2013; the platform closed in July 2025.
- 19.1 [DECISION: change announcements] — also in update notes? Section 19 now states reasons for change and a Protected Consumer's right to reject (Directive 93/13/EEC Annex 1(j); BGB §308 No. 4); EULA §18 has the old structure and should be conformed.
- 20.4 [COUNSEL: local-language requirements] — for consumer terms where activities are directed.
- 21.1 [DECISION: contact mailbox] — only
sales@oasisgui.comexists; publish no legal@ or privacy@ until one exists. - 21.2 [COUNSEL: notice address] — registered agent's address for notices, or only for service of process.
- 21.3 [COUNSEL: EU representative] — GDPR Art. 27 or CRA/PLD authorised representative? Research says "likely exempt" for Art. 27.
